Information update from the curator
The Curator has sent several letters, which have also been published after the login on the page Dissolution Fund. In these letters, the Curator discusses the implementation of the decision of the court of December 10, 2020 and the sale of the assets of the fund as of July 28, 2021.
The Curator has received an offer from two parties and it appears from the letter that
– Hout Herstel B.V. made a bid of €310,000
– Graas Management Est placed a bid of €10,625,633.33.
The Curator has opted for Graas Management Est. as Hout Herstel B.V., among other things, did not meet the conditions set by the Judge.
